About me
I am a PhD student at the Seminar for Statistics of ETH Zürich. My supervisor is Sara van de Geer.
There are many important and challenging problems in statistics, data science and machine learning.
Some questions that fascinate me are:
- How many samples are required for GLMs and other algorithms to classify well?
- When do they reliably estimate the signal strength, and when not?
- How are these numbers affected by class imbalance and other parameters?
Send me an email, I am curious to hear from you!
