About me
Between September 2020 and June 2024, I was a doctoral student in the research group of Prof. Dr. Siddhartha Mishra at the Seminar for Applied Mathematics (SAM) at ETH Zürich. I obtained a BSc in Physics at KU Leuven (2018, summa cum laude), a MSc in Mathematics at ETH Zürich (2020, with distinction) and defended my doctoral thesis at ETH Zürich in May 2024. I also worked as a research assistant at the STADIUS Center for Dynamical Systems, Signal Processing, and Data Analytics (2020, KU Leuven).
My current research goal is to contribute to the mathematical explanation of the good performance of deep learning techniques in scientific computing, with a focus on physics-informed learning techniques.
