My research is the numerical treatment of partial differential equations with focus on computational electromagnetism . It includes aspects of modelling, discretization, adaptivity, treatment of singular geometries, and fast solution methods. Please look at the slides for my ``Antrittsvorlesung'' to get an impression.
More details can be found in my activities report (as of mid 2008).
