The lecture takes place at Seminarraum
1 and starts on March 9 at 09.45.
The goal of the lecture is to learn how to use the theory of regularity structures to solve singular stochastic PDEs like the KPZ equation or the Phi-4-3 equation (the reconstruction theorem, Schauder estimates, some aspects of re-normalization theory). The lecture includes an introduction to rough paths theory and some recent research directions.
All concepts will be developed from scratch, but some basic knowledge in distribution theory, algebra, probability theory and linear functional analysis is needed.
