I have worked on the spectral theory of ergodic operators, the mathematical aspects of a new type of materials, so-called moire materials, and topological insulators.

In quantum information theory/quantum computing I have primarily worked on bosonic systems such as the Solovay-Kitaev theorem, and most recently Gibbs sampling.

I have also worked on aspects of statistical physics, kinetic theory, deep learning, and numerical algorithms
